These paintings are less about landscape and more about interior topographies—maps of psychological weather shaped by empathy, fatigue, hope, and the quiet insistence to continue. Marker paints not to escape the wounds he witnesses, but to acknowledge them, absorb them, and allow light to do its patient work.
